Need Help - urgent

Hi all,
Tried to publish it to web and put the published copy on a flash drive. At the end of the course there is a quiz and when I complete it and hit print results the custom certificate results don't show (text) the certificate of completion png image shows up, but where is the rest of the text?
How do you guys go about this.
i also tried publishing to web and when opening the player.html file from the flash drive it give me a message flash security message and hence print result page does not open.

Hi Sid - have you enabled the Review Quiz option on your pass/fail result slides? That option needs to be enabled in order for the details of the quiz results to appear when the learner clicks the Print Results button. Here's more info: http://www.articulate.com/support/quizmaker09/kb/?p=317
