Take a look at this tutorial, you can see that you can add icons to your buttons similar to the one in your image: https://community.articulate.com/series/5/articles/adding-buttons When you say "open up" do you mean like an accordion? There are several accordion interactions available (this one is sideways but should give you a starting point: https://community.articulate.com/articles/online-training-example-accordion-interaction)
