Powerpoint articulate links

Oct 27, 2014

My coworker moved a bunch of presentations to a different folder and renamed them.  They already had articulate project linked to it already.  I moved the articulate project, quiz, etc. to the same folder but when I open the powerpoint I was not able to listen to all of my narration.  How do I fix this problem?  How do I connect them again?

Sounds like the .ppta file lost it's connection. Could it be that you now have two? A file called .ppta.old (or something like that?) and a .ppta file?

If you remove the .ppta file and rename the .ppta.old to .ppta it should reconnect and you should have your narration back.

TIP! The audio editor in presenter allows you to export all your narration to .MP3 or .WAV for save keeping. Just click the (a) articulate button in the top of the editor.
