Product to review SCORM packages (no originals) ?

Hello Everyone!
I am recreating a series of courses in Storyline360.
The original elearning files for these courses are lost and we only have the SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages on our LMS. I am looking for an easy way for the SMEs to review these courses and provide feedback, much like Review360. The bulk of these courses have 100-300 screens, so it's not time or cost effective to recreate them for review and then create them again with the new changes.
In the past I've used ReviewMyElearning.com, but my current employer doesn't have a subscription for that.
Wondering if Articulate has a product that can do this, or if there's another tool anyone can recommend?
Grateful for any suggestions or tips you can offer!

Before Review 360 (and for clients who prefer not to use it) we would just upload the courses to a location online where our reviewers could access the modules and they'd work through making notes in Word/Powerpoint. Sometimes this is actually easier as they can identify the screen by title but also add a screen grab of a specific thing they want to draw your attention to.
