Publish Output for Web

Hi,

I'm creating a storyline file and would like to publish the output for web as tracking is not required. I browse thru this link which details about web publishing for Version 1 and 2.

Is there any additional settings for Version 3. (I am using V3).

Also, please provide me with detailed steps with how to upload in a web server to pass on the information to our website administrator.
