I'm trying to publish a 360 course to Word, and I'm getting an error message I've never seen before:
The folder '[folder name]= Storyline output' is read-only, being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permissions to access this resource.
I am having the exact same problem-- I receive this error message when I try to publish to Word. It doesn't seem to matter if I work on a local drive or a network drive. Has anyone found a solution yet?
Follow up-- I found that if I import the offending .story file into a new project, I am able to publish it as a Word document with no issues. Perhaps there was an issue with latency or file corruption I was unaware of. Let me know if this solution works for others!
I'm unable to publish to Web, using Storyline 3. Getting the same error saying it is read only. I've published other work successfully previously. Please help.

I am also getting this error when trying to publish a course to a Word doc ever since I updated Storyline 360 to this version, v3.8.13184.0.
I'm also getting this error.
I am also getting this, did anyone manage to find a solution?
I've been getting messages like this for the last several weeks just when I'm trying to open one of my Storyline files (attached)
