Quick find for a mobile focused authoring and LMS tool

Hi all

I was using EdApp and had developed some demo courses for a client and found some bugs in it and notified EdApp that I needed a quick fix (prior to showing client) but EdApp decided that I am not the kind of customer they want. SO...

Looking for a good mobile device delivery focused replacement with:

• reliable easy authoring tool
• library of interactions/sample templates
• capacity for audio/video/anim
• regional reports ie postcode analytics
• minimal app branding and app 'rating' interference (ie ability to white brand and let me maintain and control client relationships)
• great customer and technical service when bugs are found by authors doing testing ... maybe capable of responding in Australian working hours??

Captivate? Otto Learn? Articulate? ISpring? Any ideas?
