Recommendations: Best Instructional Design Certificate & Courses

Hello,

I'm not if here is the right place to ask, but since we have lots of instructional designers here, why not try.

I'm searching for an ID certification course and I don't know what to look for. 

Also, I'm looking to learn more about variables in 360 and JS. Do you know any courses on this one too?

Any ideas or suggestions?
