Reporting LMS & training value / ROI to c-suite

Not sure this topic belongs here...however I think it's something that's very important for many of us to master.

I'm looking to improve our Learning and Development reports to show the value and ROI of the courses we provide (other than compliance requirements).

Do you have any suggestions on how to quantify the benefits of training and show the value of investment in these systems and the training we provide?
