Resources tab in Storyline

Has anyone encountered being restricted to being able to open only two out of three etc.. resources in storyline resources tab that are saved on either the local drive or the LMS. My third resource although stored on the LMS is showing a connection error. It downloads perfectly in the File explorer area of the LMS but shows a connection error when I try to open the third document while running the storyline in the LMS.

Hi Tina,

Have you tried uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same issue there? If not, I would try that. If it works on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely being cause by your LMS so you'll want to talk to your provider about that. If it doesn't work on SCORM Cloud either, I would recommend sending your file to our support teamHere's an article that walks you through how to test your course on SCORM Cloud. I hope that helps!
