I just wanted to add one more thing in case you didn’t already know. The Storyline blocks don't send any question or score-related information to your LMS.
The track using Storyline block feature in Rise 360 allows you to mark a course as complete based on whether or not the learner has completed that Storyline interaction.
The only information that's sent to the LMS is whether or not the learner has completed the Storyline block.

Yes, you can create your quiz in the Storyline, then publish to Review 360 and import the SL block to RISE.
