I am looking for an example of a SCORM report. Currently, my LMS vendor does not provide any SCORM output and now after a year of me complaining they are asking me for what I want the output to be. It has been sometime so I am looking for anyone to same their output of what they consider to be essential. Thanks
Most LMSs don't have an independent SCORM report. They simply report info gathered using SCORM along with the other info the LMS reports. The type of info gathered by SCORM and reported by the LMS include things like completion status (i.e. In Progress/Complete or Percent Complete), number of attempts, or the score on an assessment built-in to the courseware. The LMS also uses SCORM to identify the learner with whom the aforementioned info is associated.
SCORM also sends info from the LMS back to the courseware. That is info like the point in the courseware where the learner left the last session or bookmarks the learner made in the courseware so they can return to the same page(s) in the next session. But this info is not reported in any LMS, it's used in the learner's browser session

Of all the all the LMSs I've worked with, I would also be hard-pressed to think of one that had a dedicated SCORM report per se. Instead the reporting suites typically leverage the SCORM info to create things like Time On Content reports, Average Score reports, etc etc.
Alison, I guess the question would be what are you hoping to learn by seeing a print out of raw SCORM data?
