Hello! I create SL and Rise courses for my company and we share externally to our customers LMS's. Does anyone know how I can share a SCORM file but disable it after a certain timeframe (i.e. 1 year). Is this doable? Thanks!
you can also look at using Tokens. This provides additional functionality and you can turn the 'file' on/off whenever you like.
A lot of providers use tokens to manage their assets when they are sharing their with customers. There are a number of vendors in place who often tokens that you can use on your own LMS and if you don't have an LMS you can use their LMS and Token system.
