Searchable Knowledgebase

Hello!
I am looking for suggestions on placing a rather extensive knowledge base in Articulate Online that will contain sops, product faqs, product ingredients and usage instructions for a large array of products. I need for it to be quickly and easily searchable as it will be used by our agents while on the phone with customers. I am wondering if this is possible with Articulate Online or if I need to look for another solution for this part of our training. Ideas???

I believe you need to find another solution for this rather than AO, but sure if I am wrong that Articulate will chime in.

We use Adobe Robohelp to create exactly what you are talking about. We can create online manuals that could also be printed later. It is all completely searchable. It's also very easy to edit, add, delete and publish (once you understand the basics). There are some alternatives to robohelp as well. Just google Robohelp or Alternatives to Robohelp to get some more info.
Thanks for the answers, both of you. I'll look into Robohelp. I was hoping that there might be a way to use what we already have to satisfy the need but it sounds like we will need to investigate a separate solution for the knowledge base.
