Seeking a creative and innovative e-learning developer

We are seeking a skilled instructional designer, capable of developing an e-learning course within a short time-frame. The project requires an instructional designer that can take an existing e-learning outline, animated video files, and partial narration script, and finalize/perfect/unite them into a beautiful, innovative, interactive, and entertaining blended learning course.

Subject-matter is LGBTQ+ specific and will take the average learner 120 minutes to complete. Additionally, the course must be Section 508/WCAG 2.0 compliant, incorporate industry best practices, integrate blended/advanced learning, all within a relatively short turn around (2-4 weeks), but, without sacrificing quality.

Graphic design, media sourcing, script perfecting/writing, and assessment creation will be necessary in order to merge the aesthetic of our existing video content into a market-ready eye-catching LMS friendly virtual learning course.
