I'm seeking an effective rubric that can be used to measure the LMSs that respond to our RFP. I have one I can edit but I feel it is a bit dated. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Hi Ginger. While I'm not aware of an objective LMS rubric with standard evaluation criteria, I was able to find this previous discussion thread where folks weighed in with their recommendations for what to look for along with loads of links and pointers for how they evaluated their options.
