Hey folks! I'm starting to create a Rise course to onboard our SMEs. I'm wondering if anyone has any resources and/or advice for what kinds of job aids/tips to give to our SMEs to help direct them (thinking like, "how to write content" kind of thing)? Thanks in advance!!!
There's a good Articulate webinar about working with SMEs that includes some handy resources at the bottom of the page. In terms of job aids, my SMEs often have a hard time coming up with good learning objectives. A job aid that explains what a learning objective is and how to write them with a list of good verbs to use based off of Bloom's Taxonomy could be helpful.
