Storyline: element in Master editable in slide? + Master Feedback problem

Hi everyone,
sorry in advance for my English. :) The project I'm working on is a software simulator, and I remakerd that I spend a lot of my time in doing repetitive little and boring things. So I decided to work with the Master and the Feedback Master but I'm having some problem with them. Hope someone can help me! :D It is my first project and I have a lot to learn.
My first problem is that I need to place and customize a post-it in every slide of the project in order to point out the action the user must do. So I placed the post-it in the Masters, but I can't modify it in the slides. Is there a way that I can place the post-its in the Master but modify them in the Slides? Or it just can't be done?
Second problem. I successfully modified the Feedback Master, but when I create a new question I get some extra text boxes (such as "Correct", "Incorrect", "Try again", depending on the layer) in addition of the things I wanted in the new layout slide. I checked again the Feedback Master, and, even if those text boxes aren't there, they appear in every single feedback layer of every new question. What am I failing to do?

If it is just the text on the master you could add a reference to a variable on the posit and then adjust the variable value as the slide starts
Looks like you created the feedback master from the correct or incorrect layer, I normally create it from the blank feedback master

I'm stil getting a grip on storyline, and even if I understood your suggestion, I'm having some troubles in making them.
About the feedback, should I customize the Master slide and then change the text in the different layouts in order to have the text modified as I wish?
I'll try to do that and the trick on the variable and I'll come back if I have any problem!

Hi Phil! :) I tried out the suggestion you've made, but I haven't got far.
In the Master slide I created a new variable, then added a trigger to the text box I wish to change in the regular slides, but I don't see how it can help me change the text on the regular slides. Have you got an example of how should I do it?
I've also tried to modify the Feedback Master. I've cleaned all the layouts, and modified the Master with all the elements. But then I can't change the text in the feedback layouts (same problem as above?). And the extra text boxes keep showing up in the feedback layers!
What am I doing wrong? :(
