I am working on a series of courses in which we hope to use photos and convert them to animated images. In other words, the learner would see the actual person, and then it would transition to an animated version of that person. I would like to do the same with background images of work sites. Does anybody have any recommendations on tools that can stylize images in this way? Thanks!

I haven't used any tools yet that can convert static images to animated images, so hopefully the community might have ideas to share. 🤞 I do want to share this interactive story example by Tracy Carroll that links to her post on how she converted static images into that cool comic-book effect. I know it's not animated, but just in case you find it useful I thought I'd share!
