We purchased (licensed) a few courses from Edcomm Banker's Academy and we have had issues from day 1 with course completions. We are a SuccessFactors LMS customerwithout icontent service help and cannot determine the issue. Edcomm did re-wrap the course to be HTML5 for us and we thought that resolved it back a few months ago. We are IE 11 users. the problem is it is it is intermittent. Not sure if it's the user, the network or security, or the LMS?? I am trying to determine if they built their courses in Articulate or Captivate but regardless, they tested it out on SCORM Cloud and it passes just fine.
Content communication troubleshooting is often a tricky area but one that we have a lot of experience with. We are a SuccessFactors consulting organization in the UK and will be happy to support you if you are still facing the issue.
I was wondering if you could solve the issue? We are also SF LMS customers and we face the course completion issue too struggling to find the root cause and the solution.
I am fully available to discuss and exchange thoughts and ideas!
You may want to check the browser requirements documentation for SF LMS that you are running. It used to be that the LMS required up-to-date Java Runtime environment to be present and this can cause an issue with certain computers/users.
Double Caveat: 1) It's been a while since I worked with that system, and 2) I know Success Factors was planning to migrate away from Java applets going forward.
