Survey or Multiple Choice Sample

Background:

At the end of a course, a SME wanted to have the learner select their favourite topics by using a Happy Face. Of course, there are no right answers and no score is recorded. I used states and triggers to show different types of happy faces when a topic is selected or not.

The happy face starts of having a neutral look. Then when you mouse over a topic the face smiles. Once you select a topic the face has even a bigger smile. Also notice how the other faces are sad if you don't select them.

I'm thinking of using animated gifs in my next version to make this even more interesting.
