Templates for hardware and software

Does anyone have a template I can use for a list of hardware and software I will need to create an e-learning project. For example: New job and would like to list the equipment I would need (obviously use Storyline 2). With links to where to buy the hardware and software and if free etc. The reason to use it etc, I don't want to reinvent the wheel by listing everything and sending off. (UK).
I have done this before but cannot find what I used before.... sorry. Very grateful, as don't want to spend hours doing something I have already done, specifically for the procurement of hardware and software.

Our minimum system requirements are here. So that'll be a good place to start.
In regards the spam you're receiving, I know that our site has experienced some spam recently but I didn't see any emails of them going through. I reached out to our web team to confirm, but in the meantime if you unsubscribe from a forum section as a whole you won't receive any email notification updates for brand new posts - and likely only receive them for posts in which you have replied.

When I flag the spam.. noone else sees it...

Once it gets flagged by users or by some of our built in auto spam flag elements, we get it right out of the forums, but I do have my team checking in on the email issues. Are you seeing email messages or just here in the threads?
No problems. The only spam I have got on this website. So well done for getting it sorted quickly...
