Hi Gethin. You're in luck because the Rise 360 cover page supports GIFs. So all you have to do to create movement on your cover page—or anywhere else in your course—is either convert an existing video to a GIF or create a new GIF animation from scratch.
There are lots of free video-to-GIF converters online or you can use tools like Photoshop or Snagit to help. So converting existing content is easy and cheap!
