I am having to defend the use of multiple answer questions in our certification assessment. They argue that it isn't an appropriate question type and that only multiple choice should be used. What are your thoughts?
I've seen some regulatory testing requirements that mandate a single correct answer. That being said.... Is there anything preventing you from formatting your multiple choice answers as A, B, C, A&B, A&C, B&C, or all of the above?
