I work as a trainer for a callcenter and I want to give my students the opportunity to follow a system training online instead of going through the system in a class. I tried a simple screen recording to show the actions but I want to make it more interactive. Does anyone have any tips?
You could try creating a software simulation, where learners actually interact with the screenshots as if they're in the actual software. Here are a couple examples I really like:

Yes, we have 2 other tools that do that: Peek and Replay. They're both included in Articulate 360.
