I've been asked to research this idea that my manager has had... Alot of what we develop is Customer Service Based and what we would like to be able to do is have users record themseleves, play it back and then send to their manager. Ideally we would like to use a web application (cloud solution), that way we could embed it into our courses as a web object and if all of that was possible maybe have the manager be able to evauluate it.
The question is does anyone out there know of a web application like this?
