Like Tristan said, you would break it into several triggers using IF conditions to narrow down when the trigger actually fires. See attached for a quick example I made. I didn't quite understand your formula, but I took my best guess at what you're looking for. You might also take a look at the financial calculator challenge for inspiration.

You should be able to achieve with a few triggers. Basically just have 1 trigger for each answer to your IF calculation.
