I have read the Terms of Service. I know I can include images from the Content Library in my technical presentations. But I have questions about being able to use them in other course related circumstances. First, can I provide students taking the course with a printed or electronic copy of the course slides, which contain material from the Content Library? Second, to attract students and/or course sponsors I need to show them a preview of what the course contains. Therefore, can I include images from my slides, which again include material from the Content Library, in advertising my course on the web or otherwise? Can I send an electronic or hard copy of all, or some, of the slides to a potential course sponsor? I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
Hi Theodore, Good questions! For your first question, you can provide printed or electronic versions of your slides as a handout. For your second question, it really depends on the use. The images within slides are not meant to be used in regular advertisements; for example, someone couldn't screenshot a slide with Content Library 360 content and put that on a billboard. However, if a person used a slide with an image, screenshot it, and used it to say, "Come to my lecture on X subject, here's the opening slide [with Articulate Content]," that'd be ok.
