Using a Menu Screen with Quizzes

Hello all,

I hope everyone is well today.

I had a quick question I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with.  I am creating a program with a menu page where the trainee can click and link (via hyperlink) to any of the different sections of the program and then branch back to the menu page once they have completed a section.  Of course, this allows them to complete the course in any order they choose. 

Two questions I am hoping you can help me with; 1. How do I ensure they don't skip any of the sections (I assume it is a properties function but not sure how to do it). and 2. How do I ensure that the trainee cannot skip right to the Quiz without viewing all of the sections of the program first...is there a way to do that?
