I'm sure there's an easy explanation to this but I can't figure it out. I want to create a link to a URL with an image but when I insert the image in my slide, then click on Insert > Hyperlink or CTRL +K the trigger window does not give me the options it should. Intead of the options to enter the text title, URL and window open options I get the standard triggers. Am I missing something?
Nvmd, I figured this out. For some reason when you try and link an image it gives you the full trigger options instead of just the HTML trigger options. Scrolling way down, I see the Jump to URL option.

I don't seem to have any issue with bringing it up...
Which version of SL are you using?
Maybe I'm missing an option or a setting? When I click on the hyperlink icon in the menu I get the standard slide triggers.
My process is, insert a picture from file, click on the picture to select it then click on the hyperlink option in the menu.
