I've heard stories about the Articulate 360 suite crashing Surface Pros and I was just wondering if there's any truth to that? The flexibility of working on a Surface Pro would be great, but I want to make sure I can actually create content on it. I mainly use Storyline 360 for my content creation.
I tried working on my Surface Pro using Artiuclate 360 to build my course as I did not want to carry my computer. It crashes and does not allow me to voice record. Phil Mayor comment about "I am sure it will", not to sure about this. I am in the process of deleting and reinstalling and going to try again. Is there someone that can really confirm this so certain?
I have a Surface Pro 3 (so an older model). I have used it for Storyline 360 development and it works fine. I, like Maximilian, find the screen a little too small so prefer working on a PC with a larger screen. I have not tried the voice recording in Storyline on it, but have used other tools to record voice and it worked fine.
I know this is a year old, but I'm about to replace my computer and considering options. Were you running Storyline as Administrator? If not, that can interfere with full functionality and in my experience in a few different ID environments, it almost always causes issues with audio recording.
On Win 7 you just had to right click and Run as Administrator but if it's a company system, there could be some security settings that impact your ability to do that.

I am sure it will work, I ran 6 days of training where the users used Surface Pros we had a couple of issues but overall worked fine
Thanks for the reply, Phil. Just to be sure I've got this right, were the users actually developing content or just viewing/taking courses?

I'm working on a surface 6 pro with articulate Storyline 3. Screen is a little small, but it works fine for the most part!
