Variable Question

Feb 26, 2024

I am developing a card-sort Storyline interaction in which users first sort a series of statements into an Agree, Neutral, or Disagree pile (with no right or wrong answers). After that is completed, they will, then, think more granularly about what they have selected by placing each card on a .5 to 5 scale/triangle grid. I have both of those slides set up, but how can I get the cards to show up on the .5 to 5 slide in their respective three categories? Any suggestions are appreciated!

- Create Layers for Categories: On your rating slide, create three separate layers – one for Agree, Neutral, and Disagree.

- Duplicate Cards on Each Layer: Duplicate the cards from your sorting slide and place them on the corresponding layers in the rating slide.

- Show/Hide Layers based on Selection: Use triggers on the sorting slide to show/hide the corresponding layer on the rating slide based on where a card is dropped.

For example, set a trigger for the "Agree" card that fires an action to show the "Agree" layer on the rating slide when dropped. Repeat this process for "Neutral" and "Disagree" cards.
