Variables and statemet issue

Hello,

i'm trying to change the state of a shape, depending of a variable number :

- if variable = 0 > state of shape is "Normal" > blue

- i variable =1 > state of shapes is "in progress" > orange

- if variable = 2 > state of shape is "Done" > green

The problem is that the variable seems to work (i've created a table on the home page to view the variable value) but the states doesn't change :(

I've 3 scenes in my course, if the first slide of the 2nd scene is visited, the variable "state_M1" change to 1, and if the second slide of the 2 scene is completed, the variable "state_M1" change to 2. It's the same for the third scene.

 

Hope someone can help me using the attached .story file ?
