Not an Articulate question per se, but I'm working on a series of courses for a client and a few of the videos they've sent me have black bars on the top and bottom of the video. Is there a way I can remove them?
I'm having the same problem, only the person who edited the video didn't put bars in the video, but they're there when I insert the file. If I click on edit to try to crop it, there's no preview image of the video (just a black screen) so there's no way to know where to trim to. Any ideas?

Hi Katie,
If you are working in Storyline, you can crop videos directly within Storyline's own video editor.
Place your video on the timeline: (you may have already done this)
Then edit the video to crop it as you wish:
The Articulate Video Editor will open.
Perfect! Thank you!
