What can Help Deaf People? Oct 19, 2015 By melo dyxe Hello there, We've recently developed an E-learning course. The course contains regular inter-activities and voice over. The course owner asked us, deaf people also must able to go through the course. May I know how can we achieve this? Do we need to do something extra than regular publish? Thanks for helping us.
