What LMS do you feel does a great job hosting eLearning developed in Articulate Storyline 2? We may be looking at going to a new LMS late next year, to host content created for learners external to our company. We need great performance and robust, accurate reporting, plus self-registration.
How about Moodle? It's an open source LMS, performance is ok(I used till version2.3, now it's 3.1), it does have accurate reporting and self-registration.
We make a full-featured LMS that is integrated with an enterprise Content Engagement platform (for approved content management, audience controls, file sharing, training, broadcasting–all integrated together with SSO and analytics)...
The LMS can host dozens of kinds of Featured Assets, and additional resources, including Storyline v2 and 360 integration (with TinCan/xAPI support and LRS!)

Or Totara as the corporate layer on top of Moodle. We're implementing through Envisiontel.
