Workday Learning Assignment Tracking?

Dec 20, 2021

Does anyone use Workday Learning?

This is a bit off topic as it doesn't specifically relate to Articulate, but I'm wondering how other organizations are assigning courses and tracking assignments in Workday Learning.

I'm finding it hard to track required annual courses.

Thanks all!

We use Cornerstone, but we also use Workday for HR. The main issue we have is the integration between Workday and Cornerstone. If we go with Workday Learning, then no more integration issues. However, I am not sure how robust Workday Learning is compared to Cornerstone.  I am curious to know if others use Workday Learning and how it is working out for them.

I don't know if this is on topic or off topic from what you are asking.  We are trying to put articulate quizzes into Workday and we are being told Workday won't track the score, but that doesn't make sense to me if it is a SCORM file...now to be fair, I am NOT a techie so I am not even sure if I am saying the right things.  We just started assigning and tracking assignments in workday learn and I can see completion through the Learning Admin, but so far I have only had to track for small cohorts.

It's really worth using.
