Acknowledgement of reading PDF's

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a solution to ensure that our newly hired employees read and acknowledge our company procedures. There are a total of 30 PDFs that need to be read.

My idea is to create a course using Rise that includes all of the PDFs and utilize the checkbox and continue button features. However, I am curious if there is a way to display the PDFs without using the Attachment block.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Host the PDFs on a secure website or a document hosting service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint, or a Learning Management System). AARPMedicare Embed the PDFs using iframes within the course content in Rise. You can create a lesson for each PDF and include the embedded PDF in the lesson.

  • Great suggestion, roliisa!

Cath, if you use that suggestion, then all you'd need to do is use an Embed block within Rise 360. Here's an example of that. As for acknowledgment that they've read it, here are some other ideas by the community on what to place below the document whether you use the file download option or embed block:

Idea 1: Checkbox and continue block

    Idea 2: Quiz block

I hope that sparks some new ideas!
