AI Animation
I am normally a Storyline user, but I do use Rise to make AI animation. But recently when my animation in Rise is generated random words or shapes appear on the screen.
I am not sure why or how to make it not happen.
I am also wondering if I can create custom AI videos in Storyline yet? If so how?

I'd like to learn a little more about the AI animation you're creating in Rise. Are you referring to AI Avatars, or another AI feature?
Also, are the random words or shapes appearing in the final generated video, or only during the generation process? If you're able to share a screenshot or short screen recording, that would also be helpful.
Once I know which feature you're using, I'll be happy to point you in the right direction. And regarding your second question, I'd be glad to help with the current AI video capabilities in Storyline 360 as well.

I can see the unexpected text you're referring to, and that's not what we'd expect from the generated output.
We'd like to take a closer look at what happened. Could you share the prompt you used to generate this AI Avatar with us privately through a support case? If you still have access to the original generated video or any additional screenshots, those would be helpful to include as well.
And to answer your other question, AI Avatars are also available in Storyline 360 through Labs. As long as you have an Articulate 360 AI subscription and Creator access, you can turn on the Storyline AI Avatars Labs feature and start creating avatar videos there.
Once we have the prompt and any supporting files, our support team can investigate further and keep you updated along the way.
I don't know if it's related to the OP's experience, but last night I generated an AI image in Rise and one of the four choices had what I would describe as a "watermark" consisting of a nonsense word superimposed across the bottom. It was fairly transparent and hard to read but appeared to be a pretend "source" like you would see on stock photos if you did an image search in a search engine. I didn't think to download it so I could show what it looked like, but it was something I'd not seen before. This was using the cinematic photo choice for type of image, which is actually not my go-to choice in Rise, since usually for photos I'm using actual photos and uploading them.

I appreciate you describing the behavior in detail. It sounds like one of the generated AI images included text that resembled a stock photo watermark, which definitely isn't what you'd expect to see.
I tried generating a few AI images using the Cinematic Photo style, but I wasn't able to reproduce the same behavior. If you happen to remember, would you mind sharing the prompt you used to generate that image? That would help us better understand whether the behavior is related to a particular type of prompt or image generation scenario.
If you'd prefer not to share the prompt publicly, you're welcome to send it to us privately through a support case instead. And if you happen to see the behavior again, a screenshot or the generated image itself would also be really helpful.
Thanks, Eric, if I see it happen again, I will definitely download any picture that has a similar "watermark." At the time, I remember that it was the picture that was furthest away from what I was looking for, so I didn't think about saving it. I don't remember the prompt, but I tend to use very brief initial prompts as opposed to very detailed ones and go from there if necessary. I rather like the results to suggest a creative approach to me that I might not have been thinking of instead of deciding exactly what I want to see in detail in advance (I am a concrete sequential thinker.) I'd be surprised if the prompt suggested a watermark somehow but if I see it again I will make note of the prompt as well.
That's an interesting issue. If random words or shapes are appearing only in newly generated animations, it could be related to the AI generation process rather than your project itself. I'd be interested to know if others are seeing the same behavior recently. Also curious about the Storyline question if custom AI video creation is now supported there, it would be great to hear how people are incorporating it into their workflow.
