Alignment missing in output

i have attached two images alignment is missing in output why
in storyline it showing perfect

Thank you for sharing your file! I do not see a difference when previewing your project and publishing it. I've tested the course in both Storyline 3 and Storyline 360. Would you mind pointing me to the misalignment?
