Articulate 360 Audio issue
Hi. When previewing a session that contains audio, it works perfectly. However, when the file is uploaded to an LMS, the audio plays but doesn't display the length of the audio, and the marker doesn't move as the audio plays.
Any suggestions what the issue might be and how to rectify it?

Hello SimonBlackmore,
Happy to help!
I tested this behavior in a new Rise 360 course and couldn't replicate the behavior you were experiencing. I tested this in Rise 360's edit mode and after publishing a course with an audio block to Review 360. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Does this happen to all of your audio files?
- You mentioned hosting your course in an LMS, which could mean the behavior is LMS-specific. Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to confirm if this is the case?
- Can you replicate the same behavior if you publish your course to Review 360?
If you can replicate the behavior on other platforms, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. Let us know how it goes!

Hi Jose
I've tested the files in Review 360 and it works fine. I've also uploaded a couple of modules to SCORM Cloud, and they too worked perfectly.
I'm creating the content, and it's being hosted on a third party's LMS. Is there anything I should ask them to check?
Best wishes
Simon
Hi SimonBlackmore,
You can enable the LMS debug logs for your Rise 360 course before uploading it to the third-party LMS. This way, you'll get a comprehensive log file containing technical information at the moment the issue occurs which you can then share with the support team of your LMS. They'll be in a good position to understand what's causing the issue in their environment if you provide them with this log file.

Hi,
we experience the same behavior with varios trainings in the latest Storyline360 Version. I've already reported the bug via support ticket, is there any timeline when it will be fixed?

I just ran into this same issue, I think it has to do with your browser/prefs. The audio was playing but not moving the playhead. I don't know exactly what fixed it as I can't replicate the issue anymore- but double check the browser tab you're in and make sure audio is not muted for that tab. You should see an icon/label indicating if it's muted. If muted you should be able to right-click the tab to unmute.

Hi,
yes this is definetly important. In our case audios are playing but mixed up, they start playing at an incorrect position in the exported SCORM package, while it works correct when playing it in Review or Preview mode.- KarlMullerCommunity Member
We are not seeing this issue with Rise courses in our LMS.
