Articulate 360 Error (Failed to Download)
Hi Everyone,
sePlease can I request assistance urgently. My team and I have transition to new laptops and have tried to load Articulate 360. The cloud desktop manager downloads, but when you try to download any of the apps like Storyline it gives the error "Download Failed". We are running Windows 11 and 64-bit machines. It is not an admin permissions issue as we have tried this already. It is also not being blocked by the network as I have tried to install on my home network and I receive the same error. It is also happening on multiple machines not just one. Please can someone guide as as to what could be the issue here? I've attached the screenshot of the error. Thank you very much for any help.

It sounds like you were trying to upload a screenshot with your post, but it appears to not have come through. Not to worry! I've noticed you've opened a support case as well. Smart move! You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with our support engineers, and they should be reaching out to you via e-mail shortly!
In the meantime, a helpful step is confirming that all network endpoints have been enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this. Please check if port 443 is open, if not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your 'allowlist'.
