Articulate converted to SCORM not working as intended
Hey, so we used an Articulate Storyline converted to a SCORM File in our Webcourse. Sadly there seem to be multiple issues and we don't exactly know why, when the Error Occurs in general and how to fix it.
(German): von Articulate => SCORM umgewandelt, bei Präsentation fehler mit öfterem Standbild, keine Möglichkeit weiter zu drücken oder das Video bleibt ganz stehen
und sobald man Leertaste (welche man drücken muss damit überhaupt etwas wieder lädt von dem Video bis zu einer bestimmten Stelle) wird man wieder auf 0:00
zurück gesetzt. Dies passiert nur bei manchen Videos und immer nur bei einer bestimmten Stelle meistens so ca. 40 Sekunden wo man nicht vorspulen kann oder
ähnliches, da sobald man auf die Stelle geht das Video stehen bleibt und nicht mehr weiter lädt.

there often appears a Freeze and the Video does not play as intended. As soon as you hit "space" key on the Keyboard the Video gets setback to 0:00 this only happens with some Videos and only at certain Timestamps (you can Skip the Timestamp where it does freeze and continue normally) but as soon as you go to the Timestamp where the Video freezes, it freezes immediatly and you need to press "space" to play the Video, which sets it back to 0:00

I would love to help you troubleshoot this issue! First, I have a follow-up question.
Does the issue appear in the course when previewing in Storyline?
If it doesn't, test your course in SCORM cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
