Audio files not uploading in Rise 360
Hi,
I am unable to upload audio files into Rise 360. I have tried both M4A files and Mp3 files and neither are loading. When I click to add media, nothing happens. Any ideas on what else to try?

I'm experiencing the same thing with videos (mp4's). It just processes and processes and processes.

Sorry to hear that you ran into issues with uploading files to Rise 360.
As a troubleshooting step, please ask your IT team to add all of Articulate 360's endpoints to your network's allowlist. Including the endpoints in the whitelist should allow upload requests to push through.
If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can check what else might be preventing the uploads from succeeding.
