Can't get into Rise
Hello. Is anyone else having trouble getting into Rise today? Rise 360 (articulate.com)
I login, get to my Articulate 360 homepage, click on Rise 360 at the top of the screen, and get as far as "Your content is loading" and nothing else happens.
If I click on my saved link to my team folder, I get as far as the screen showing "Resuming your session" and nothing else happens.
I have cleared my browsing history and cache etc. Signed in and out of my Articulate account. Logged off and on.
We have recently moved to a team folder structure and that is where it seems to be stalling.
Any advice?

Yes! Our team is having the same issue. Articulate works EXCEPT for Rise 360. I've also done all the steps above. Its a known issue I've just seen on their Articulate Status they are working on it.
Hi Helen and Louisa! We have just resolved the issue where the Rise 360 dashboard wasn't loading correctly. I'm so sorry for the interruption, and we'll monitor the situation carefully.
