Course stuck on loading screen
Hey, I have just uploaded some training to our sever and have gone to play the course, however it's just stuck on the wheel of doom! The loading screen... I have left it for about 15-20 minutes and still nothing appears. I have tried different we browsers and everyone is the same. I have also asked colleagues to test and they have the same outcome.
Other training I uploaded on the same day works perfectly fine.
Could the training be too large? Help please! :)

If your other courses are working fine, then it's a possibility that the issue you're experiencing is specific to the one course that isn't loading properly. You can troubleshoot the behavior by publishing and uploading your course to different environments to see if the issue will be replicated. Here are some tests that you can do:
If your course works in Review 360 and SCORM Cloud, try re-uploading your course in your LMS/web server to see if this helps.
If your course still doesn't load in Review 360 or SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Sorry to hear you're also having issues loading a published Storyline course!
Are you viewing the course through an LMS, or after publishing for the web? Also, does this behavior occur across multiple files or one specific course? It would be super helpful to see a copy of the course that's giving you trouble and test it out on our end.
