Data-Driven Mindset - Ideas?

Hello everyone,

I'm responsible for developing a training on what a data-driven mindset is, but I'm feeling stuck. I'm using Storyline. I want it to be concise, engaging, and more than just about "facts," but I'm working with a tight timeline. It's been a while since I've been immersed in e-learning, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
