Deleting Lessons on Rise
Hello, I am trying to delete lessons that have no content in them in Rise. Each time I hit the garbage can, the button changes to processing and then does nothing else. I am unable to delete anything else while it says processing and the only way to remove the processing label is to refresh the page, in which the lesson to be deleted is still there. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I couldn't replicate this issue. When I added a lesson without adding content, I was able to delete it.
Here's what I suggest you try:
- Add 1 block to the lesson. Then try to delete the lesson.
- If that doesn't work, I suggest you contact the support staff: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
I've also been having that issue this week.
I finally copied the course and added content to the lesson I wanted to delete. Then deleted the lesson. I deleted the original and continued updating the copied version
