Error Message using Storyline "Insert" option
Hello Team and Happy New Year!
I am having a major issue with Articulate's Storyline 360 64-bit since Tuesday, December 31, 2024. The issue is happening in Storyline wherein the "Insert" option in the toolbar allows insert functionality with the exception of the "illustrations", "Icons", "Photos" and "Videos". With every attempt to use any of these four options, I receive an error message of "An Error Occurred while searching: Got status code Unauthorized while attempting to GET to/from https://api.articulate.com/content-library/images?query=search&type=icon&page=1. when selecting the "Icons" option. When selecting the "Illustrations" option, I receive an error message of ""An Error Occurred while searching: Got status code Unauthorized while attempting to GET to/from https://api.articulate.com/content-library/images?query=search&type=illustrations&page=1. When selecting the "Photos" option, I receive an error message of "An Error Occurred while searching: Got status code Unauthorized while attempting to GET to/from https://api.articulate.com/content-library/images?query=search&type=photos&page=1. When selecting the "Videos" option, I receive an error message of "An Error Occurred while searching: Got status code Unauthorized while attempting to GET to/from https://api.articulate.com/content-library/images?query=search&type=videos&page=1.
This error message is still occurring as of today and is preventing me to build modules efficiently. I have attached screenshots of each of the error messages mentioned above to this post. Could someone please provide me step by step instructions on how to resolve this matter at your earliest convivence?

There have been other posts recently about similar issues, such as inserting text-to-speech. A common fix mentioned is this: Sign out and then sign in again. From what I've read, that helps.
Be sure you do this from the Articulate 360 app:
If that doesn't help, you could also try the usual steps that the staff would suggest:
- Quit and relaunch Storyline.
- Reinstall Storyline.
