Hi Sabrina,
The default text in feedback layers can be found in the Player's labels as you mentioned. Translating the labels should also translate how the text appears in the published output.
If you added custom text in the feedback layers, you'll need to export a translation file and import the translated text to modify it. Below is a screenshot of what custom text in a feedback layer would look like in a translation file.
